betjilli Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

Your access to and use of betjilli constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process or, if earlier, from the moment you access any part of the betjilli Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside betjilli's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together they form the complete agreement between you and betjilli regarding your use of the Platform.

betjilli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of betjilli after any such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use betjilli. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. betjilli takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a player is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposits returned minus bonuses received.

Registration Process

To open an account with betjilli, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping this information current. betjilli may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or before processing withdrawals.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one betjilli account. Opening multiple accounts – whether in your own name, a family member's name, or using different email addresses or phone numbers – is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact betjilli support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

• You must not register on behalf of another person.
• Corporate accounts are not permitted on betjilli.
• Residents of jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited may not register.
• betjilli may decline a registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjilli login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with anyone. betjilli will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact betjilli support immediately and change your password.

Account Verification (KYC)

betjilli may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, address, age, or payment methods. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement. Acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting privileges.

Account Suspension & Closure

betjilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• False information was provided during registration.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is occurring.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under betjilli's Responsible Gaming policy.
• There is a breach of any provision of these Terms.

Deposits

betjilli accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. betjilli does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such deposit may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on betjilli is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. betjilli aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times. Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers are typically completed within minutes to a few hours.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements before they become withdrawable – see Section 6.
• betjilli reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

Sportsbook

All bets placed on betjilli's sportsbook are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each event. betjilli reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious error in odds, a technical malfunction, or where betjilli has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

In-play bets are accepted at betjilli's discretion and are subject to delays caused by data feed latency. betjilli will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player acting on information that was not yet reflected in the live odds due to normal data transmission delays.

Casino Games

All casino games on betjilli use certified random number generation software. The displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the long-term theoretical return and is not a guarantee of any particular session's outcome. betjilli's published RTPs are audited and accurate.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betjilli products. These limits are displayed within each game and market. betjilli reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual accounts if there is evidence of unusual betting patterns or if required for risk management purposes.

betjilli offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside it, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms supplement these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Minimum odds may apply to sports betting bonuses – check the specific promotion page for details.
• One bonus per household – betjilli enforces a strict one-bonus-per-household policy to prevent systematic exploitation.
• Bonus abuse – betjilli uses sophisticated monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have bonuses voided and may be restricted from future promotions or closed entirely.
• Expiry – All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account after the expiry date without notice.

betjilli reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time and to amend promotional terms with reasonable notice. Where a promotion has been claimed in good faith before an amendment, the original terms will be honoured for that claim.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjilli and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or mathematical errors in betjilli's games or odds pricing.
• Colluding with other players in poker, casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing or betting on events whose outcome you have influenced or have inside knowledge of.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using betjilli as a vehicle.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits.
• Sharing account access with third parties or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the betjilli platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.

You may access and use the betjilli platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any betjilli content in any form without prior written permission from betjilli. Scraping of odds data, game data, or any other betjilli content by automated means is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjilli's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's betjilli account at the time the relevant claim arises. betjilli will not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party system outages beyond betjilli's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place a particular bet or play a particular game.

betjilli makes no warranty that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. While we work hard to maintain platform stability – especially during major sporting events – temporary unavailability can occur and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

betjilli collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the betjilli platform you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, betjilli collects data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the data we hold.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data betjilli holds about you and to request its deletion, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data. To exercise these rights, contact betjilli support at the email address listed in Section 14.

betjilli reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material – that is, where they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a betjilli player – we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your account, and by displaying a notice on the betjilli platform.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or updates to payment method lists, may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using betjilli and request withdrawal of your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect. Continued use after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which betjilli operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betjilli platform shall first be referred to betjilli's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction. betjilli is committed to treating all disputes fairly and transparently.
